Refund Policy

1. No Cancellations

As per our Terms of Service, once an order is placed on rivah.store, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This includes all pre-orders.

2. Returns & Exchange

  • Final Sale: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind."

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof Required: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit regarding a defect, you must provide:

    1. High-quality photos of the damage.

    2. An unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange (where applicable), your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a sale or using a discount code.

  • Complimentary gifts (compensated via voucher only, as stated in our Terms).

  • Innerwear or specific personal apparel for hygiene reasons.

5.Refunds (If Applicable)

  • We primarily offer Store Credit or Exchanges. Cash or bank refunds are only processed in the rare event that a product is out of stock after you have already made a payment.
